The Me-One Foundation is blessed to have the support of two of the most talented musicians around.  Matt and Mike Pinder came to our first Camp Challenge to play some music as a welcome to campers as they pulled in the first evening. The next year, they called and asked if they could come to camp for the entire time and entertain our guests – score a big one for Me-One!

As their website puts it, “The Pinder Brothers tie the harmony vocals of Crosby, Stills and Nash together with the songwriting style of Simon & Garfunkel, and ultimately put their own modern spin on everything in the end.“  Classic rock fans may recognize the boys’ last name from their famous dad, Michael Pinder, a founding member of the legendary Moody Blues.  Well, the apples didn’t fall far from the tree – the Pinder Brothers talent was recently recognized when their song, “Hang On Tight,” was awarded 1st Runner Up in the UK Songwriting Contest under the Indie/Rock category, and was also a finalist in the Pop category.

And last year, proud dad Michael Pinder joined us at Camp Challenge and read stories by the campfire with that famous voice of his!
