Heidi Wieser (Founder and President)

Heidi has been an Oncology nurse for 18 years. Currently she is working at the University of California at Davis Medical Center
on the Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant floor. She has a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Arizona
and an associate of Nursing degree from College of Marin. Heidi’s father passed away from cancer when she was 15 years old.
Her husband, father of their four children, and best friend was diagnosed three and a half years ago with stage III cancer at the
age of 40. Tom, her husband, is now dealing with stage IV cancer that has spread to both of his lungs. Heidi has been involved in
many philanthropic activities and plans to make Camp Challenge a success for everyone involved.

Chris Maudru (Vice-President)
Email: chris@me-onefoundation.org Chris has been involved in the sales of production supplies and material handling products for the electronics industry for the
last 22 years. Chris is currently the Vice-President/Director of Marketing and 1/5 owner of SVS. They currently have 60 employees
and annual sales of approximately $12 million. Chris has worked on many local fundraisers and has a heart for giving.

Kat Maudru (Secretary)

Kat has her Masters degree in journalism from the University of California at Berkeley. She has been a voice on the local rock
station 96.9 the Eagle for over 15 years. Kat has been on numerous other non-profit boards. Kat has been very involved at the
University of California at Davis Children’s Hospital and is frequently seen on the children’s floor passing out treats
to the hospitalized children. Kat is very well connected in the Sacramento community and has excellent fund-raising and journalism
skills as well as a wide media access at her disposal.

Tom Carlson (Treasurer)

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been self-employeed for the past 18 years and has experience in all forms of
taxation. Currently, Tom is the Treasurer of the Lazarus Project Inc. where he has served on the Board of Directors for over seven
years. Tom has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of non-profit accounting and exempt organization returns.

Juli Pywell (Director of Camp Activities)

Juli has been a NICU nurse for the past 20 years. She has been involved in Boy Scouts through Eagle Scout Rank, Girl Scouts to
Bronze Awards, and Academic Decathlon. Juli enjoys working with children of all ages, and enjoys running, writing, and reading.
Julli holds a bachelor of arts in communications from Chico State, and a bachelor of science in nursing from Sac State.

Tomer Tal, Esq. (Attorney)
Tomer began his legal career with a highly respected Silicon Valley law firm. He maintained over 40 public and private clients
and counseled them on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, debt financings, asset purchase sales and intellectual
property licensing transactions. Tomer is now the founder and owner of New Venture Attorneys with offices in Auburn, Roseville, and
San Franciso, CA, as well as an office in Reno, NV. Tomer holds a J.D. and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Shawn Habermehl (Director of Marketing)

Shawn is a 1990 graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. She moved to Roseville 16
years ago, and was employed as a sales representative for Pitney Bowes. Dedicated to family, Shawn has spent several years working
as a volunteer in her children’s schools and on community events. Two years ago, Shawn followed her passion and started her own
photography company, Shawn Habermehl Photography with a goal of capturing single moments in time that would create a lifetime of
memories. She also currently shoots portraits for Payne and Payne Photography at area schools. Shawn first volunteered for the
Me-One Foundation as the camp photographer and has since become the director of marketing for the nonprofit. She has experienced
the joy of capturing imagines from both of our Camp Challenges and has a passion and drive to ensure that we continue to grow this
foundation and host our camp for many years to come.
